Job Description

• Apply IT Logical security fully and according to company group policy (refer group information security reference system manual
• Apply Information Security standards according to company group policy
• Ensure that data backup is executed as per it procedure number sec/inf/20 and INF-050. Pay Particular attention to storage offsite of backup tapes; testing restore procedures regularly etc
• Compile monthly reports to be submitted to head office in Paris
• Establish good working relationships with people that use computer resources.
• Provide software applications which reduce manual work and speed up data processing
• Assist in reduction of data processing consultancy
• Establish and maintain structured network for computers and phones
• Establish network link for all sites with the head office to allow online data transfer
• Monitor and control Computer Expenses
• Participate actively in all IT projects
• Direct involvement with computer hardware and software suppliers
• Train sand support users and give the up-to-date information on data processing trends
• Restore backups and fix current file systems after a system has crashed
• Plan and Follow-up IT budget (OPEX and CAPEX).
• Working with staff with limited IT Knowledge
• Working under pressure and Being decisive

• Being responsible to more than one manager
• Overseas smooth operation in all sites
• Ability to solve problems quickly and completely

Senior Manager – Corporate Strategies

Roles and Responsibilities
• Support the Managing Director in managing the Bank’s strategic direction, organization, management and performance of the business.
• Assist the Managing Director with formulating, communicating and monitoring business strategies for the Bank, establish regular checkpoint meetings and report progress to the Managing Director.
• Ensure the engagement of all key stakeholders, Clients, Staffs and general public) in the development of strategies and policies.
• Oversee project work on behalf of the Managing Director e.g strategic taskforces, organization work, and other initiatives
• Manage performance against budget for the General management cost centre.
• Assist the Managing Director to make strategic interventions in the running of the business.
• Assist the smooth running of the Managing Director office by providing a focal point for communications and key MD’s messages.
• Ensure that key MD’s messages are formulated and communicated across the bank in Tanzania.
• Co-ordinate the scheduling of all Management Committee meetings for the year

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related.
• Master degree in related field will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements
• At least five (5) years of work experience in related filled with at least three years of Managerial experience.
