Under the general guidance of the Hotel General Manager, the Spa Manager delegates within the limits of established Opulent Hotel Group local policies and procedures oversees and directs all aspects of overall Spa operations. Responsible for the smooth operation of the Spa, ensuring the facilities and treatments offered continually exceed guest expectations. Guide business decisions by staying on top of Spa industry trends.
