POSITION : FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER 
Region: Arusha – Dar es Salaam – Dodoma – Iringa – Kagera – Kigoma – Manyara
We are looking for profiles and CVs of Finance and Accounting Managers that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.

Duties
• Utilize management information system to facilitate dashboard reporting ;
• Prepare monthly reporting on financial transactions and bank reconciliation ;
• Provide financial management ;
• Assist yearly audit process and tax preparations ;
• Assist with implementing, maintaining and documenting internal financial controls ;
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures ;
• Prepare periodic financial statements and reports.

REQUIRED PROFILE
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance ;

Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, General Manager Operations and sales play a key role in the Organization's business and operational plans.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Strategy execution - business and operational plans, roadmaps budgets, targets, objectives, priorities, schedules, project plans
  • Managing Company external and internal audits by ensuring audit information requirements are provided and management responses are timely
  • Assist in preparation of annual budgets and budgetary control through variance analysis.Operational implementation and execution - monitoring, checking & corrective action 
  • Resource and capacity management - availability and optimisation - work allocation; workload and workflow monitoring: equipment, infrastructure & tools
  • Risk management - identification, assessment & corrective action/escalation
  • Operational efficiency (maintenance, effectiveness & optimisation) - procedures, processes & workflows, systems, policies, SOP's, SLA's, performance standards

Minimum qualifications and experience
  • Bachelor Degree in Insurance & Risk Management from reputable Higher Learning Institution or
  • Should be an Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) or IISA
  • MBA and / FCII or FIISA will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 10 years' working experience in Management
  • Minimum of five years' working experience as ExCo Member
  • Proven strategic planning experience at the management level O Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Should have Leadership Skills
  • Should have strong interpersonal and Communication
Skills
  • Working experience with accounting packages

Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Position profile
Under the overall guidance and supervision of the Country Director, the Monitoring and Evaluation officer ensures that s/he performs transparent and efficient logistics activities for our programmes.
Specific Duties and responsibilities
i/ In accordance to our procurement procedures, be responsible for the procurement process of all items or services purchased and agreed with the Logistics Manager
ii/ Receiving orders from the various departments, signing them and updating in the order follow up.
iii/ Responsible for signing all procurement memo for procurement;
iv/ Responsible to setting up the correct procurement procedure for each purchase;
v/ Contact requesters to ensure correct specifications of each items ordered, in order to avoid non-matching procurement;
vi/ Ensure procurement of goods and services is always done following the value for money principle;
vii/ Accountable for Compliance with respects to all capital procurements;
viii/ Establish the monthly purchase forecast, gathering all purchase that will be done, and send it to the Country logistics Manger.
ix/ Accountable for the reception of all items delivered or in transit to the office;
x/ Accountable for quantity and quality check of all goods received;
xi/ Ensure the information flow between the different Stakeholders in the supply chain;
xii/ Responsible for transmission to finance all procurement files for payment
xiii/ Responsible for filling the logistics and compliance procurement file; 
Required Profile
a. Bachelor degree in purchasing Supply Management, Business Administration,Finance,Management or equivalent.
b. At least 5 years relevant experience in program management and logistics management in NGOs.
c. Computer literate and with excellent IT Knowledge.
d. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish effective work relations at all levels,
