Sales and Marketing Executive For Paints
Location: Arusha, Mbeya, Morogoro and Mwanza
On behalf of client KaziniKwetu is looking for Sales and Marketing Executives to be based in Arusha, Mbeya, Morogoro and Mwanza. The desired candidates should have hands on experience in sales and marketing in the PAINT sector and their main responsibility will be to pursue new sales prospects and maintain customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Conduct market research and survey to determine market demand.
• Provide necessary product information to the customers and answer any forthcoming questions.
• Soliciting for orders from new and existing customers and build relationships to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Maintain, receiving, warehousing and distribution operation by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures
• Ensure local warehousing materials handling and dispatching requirements are met by studying existing and new legislations, enforcing adherence to requirements advising management on needed actions
• Reporting: Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system and compiling and preparing stock movement periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)
• Safety: Ensure and coordinate all safety and quality standards are adhered to from the point of product storage and movement within the Warehouse
• Stock Accuracy: Control inventory levels by conducting physical and impromptu cycle counts, reconciling with data storage system and accurate record keeping of all transaction within the warehouse
• Partner Management: Ensure that company interest are represented to the appointed partners/vendors as pertains to warehouse & logistics support. 
Educational Qualifications
• A degree in a business related field – a Diploma in Warehouse Management will be an added advantage

Job title: Warehouse Officer

Job purpose
Receive aircraft spares, tools, documentation and data from approved suppliers and workshops that are supported by documents, meeting the requirements of airworthiness authorities and the airline’s procedures.

Key Responsibilities
• Check received consignments for completeness and wholesomeness.
• Verify supplies are from approved sources and their particulars match with those on order.
• Verify accompanying documentation for compliance with airworthiness requirements and Airline’s standards.
• Refer supplies to stores inspector for final verification and certification.
• Receive accepted supplies through the inventory system and pass into stockroom for binning and/or issuing to support our schedule requirements.
• Advice production on the arrival of spares required to remedy open maintenance tasks.
• File/distribute documentation to stakeholders as required under companies Air procedures.
• Refer supplies not complying with our requirements to the Supervisor for follow-up
• Any other duty as assigned by Supervisor

Work Experience, Knowledge and Skills
• Degree in materials management or supply chain management from a recognized university/college.
• National Materials Management certificate or equivalent education
• Excellent computer skills.
• Knowledgeable on TCAA regulations
